Privacy, in plain language.

Project enquiries contain your name, email and any details you choose to share. They are stored in Supabase so our team can respond. Notifications are sent through Resend.

Accounts and saved projects

When you sign in, Supabase verifies your email and manages your session. Named projects and component selections are saved to your account until you delete them. Orders made while signed in are linked to your account. Sign-in requests use hashed identifiers to limit abuse; these temporary records older than one day are cleared on subsequent sign-in requests. Signing out removes the session from this device, but does not delete your saved projects.

Orders and payments

Your first name, last name, organization and phone number are optional account details. You can skip the welcome form and edit these fields in your workspace. Your recorded first name personalizes your greeting. Lab builds saved to your account contain component positions, connections and model settings; you can reopen or delete them from your workspace.

Stripe hosts payment collection. Prototype X retains the payment reference, selected items, contact and shipping details needed to prepare an order. Card numbers are not stored in our database.

What stays on your device

Your component selection and quantities are saved in browser local storage. Remove the items or clear site data to delete the list. Form contact details are not saved in that list.

Support and appointments

The virtual lab also saves its current draft and build name on this browser. Clear the bench and name, or clear site data, to remove them. Signing out does not erase this local draft on a shared device.

Tawk.to chat loads when you choose to chat with us. Bookings take place on Cal.com. These services process the information needed to operate under their own privacy policies.

Your choice

Enquiries and project updates are optional. To request deletion of your information or stop project updates, reply to a message from our team. Do not share confidential designs or passwords through our forms.
